Training and development of our people plays a very important role within the business. Whether the training is to fulfil site requirements or personal ambitions, we plan, evaluate, and organise all requests through our training plan and training partners to ensure we maintain a fully qualified workforce capable of providing the quality service expected by our clients.

We are committed to an annual intake of painter & decorator apprentices, who join us through the Construction Skills Apprenticeships scheme. This has proved very successful over the years in adding to our workforce, young men and women trained to our specific requirements.
