By becoming an accredited supplier on the Achilles network, we have demonstrated that our practices, performance and systems meet the strict standards required by major buyers. Every process that we adopt for employing people, health and safety, quality and environmental are audited on an annual basis.
Investors in People
In February 2009 we achieved the Investors in People standard. The Investors in People Standard provides a framework to improve the way we work and achieve success through our people.
We have found that by adopting this framework our resourcing and performance management capabilities have improved and with a focus of continuous improvement this will be maintained. As a direct result we have proven our ability to deliver the best service possible to our clients. The framework has also supported employee engagement, by involving employees in bringing new ideas and skills to their work, thus contributing to their own development as well as the growth of the company.
We were awarded CSCS Platinum status in May 2009, which represents our commitment to improving competence in our industry. 100% of our site-based employees hold CSCS cards, the majority of which are Skilled cards. We believe that CSCS is more than a token gesture to health & safety, it is a vehicle upon which to structure skills improvement.
We are an accredited supplier on Constructionline, which is the UK's largest certified pre-qualification database. Our policies and procedures such as Equal Opportunities, Environmental standards, Health and Safety and references from existing clients are assessed annually for approval.
ICI Contract Partnership
We are accredited Contract Partners with ICI, which is a ground breaking accreditation scheme for contractors and specifiers alike. It was set up to proactively embrace the Egan principles of partnering and to help drive quality standards in the painting and decorating industry.

- Technical support and advice
We have achieved CHAS compliance since 2008. CHAS is established as the market leader for health & safety pre-qualification in the UK. It demonstrates our commitment to health and safety and supports our client’s requirements.
We were awarded the Environmental Standard ISO14001 in 2011 and have continued to work to improve our Environmental and Sustainability performance.
