All our maintenance projects are programmed using the latest and most advanced programming software. This allows us to provide our clients with a maintenance schedule, which can then be shown to the buildings stakeholders, stating when and where works are to take place. It also allows our business to resource demanding works effectively, especially where time is limited, such as a school environment.
We offer clients the ability to view and modify the whole scope of works in a simple chart format, allowing them to plan in a number of ways:
- Timescales needed for closing areas - to avoid peak or busy times
- Production of progress reports - facilitating cohesion with other trades or planned maintenance works
- Scenario planning - clear sight of the impact of potential interruptions or delays
- Budget planning - clear sight of the financial implications of all aspects of project planning
Having such clarity means we can focus on quality and deliver excellent customer service.
Health and safety performance on each project is our primary concern, especially when interacting with members of staff, clients and general public that may still be working in or using your building.
Our operatives are all CSCS card holders and are given further specialist training where identified to ensure all risks are minimised. They fully understand the importance of public segregation when completing works in live areas and we have the relevant equipment to ensure this happens.
Our supervisory teams all have either the SMSTS or SSSTS certificate. Prior to commencing work on a project, appropriate levels of First Aid, IPAF and PASMA qualified personnel are assessed and allocated to ensure a safe site for all.
We all have a role to play in ensuring the Environment is protected to be enjoyed by future generation.
We can offer advice and suggestions to our clients with regards to maintaining existing buildings with the most environmentally friendly products whilst taking regard for the buildings current finishes.
On our maintenance projects we ensure that we will look at all the ways we can reduce our impact on the
environment as each project will require an individual solution. We can also offer solutions to reduce the direct impact we have on the environment, with such initiatives as environmental wash-out stations that allow tools to be cleaned with minimal water usage. After treatment this water can be discharged via normal water waste disposal. Wherever possible, left over materials are donated to local colleges or community schemes to reduce waste and promote good community relations.

All our operatives undergo site inductions, method statement/risk assessment briefings and weekly toolbox talks to keep health & safety at the forefront of their minds with a focus being on the building occupants.
